Seller Concierge Service is provided FREE to our clients. In addition to marketing, preparing contracts, following up with lenders, inspectors, title coordinator's, etc, you get quite a few extra's when we sell your home:

-Finding & comparing professional movers. We have access to a local network of movers, and we can gather the quotes for you, all you have to do is choose the best one!

-Utilities: We can simplify the utility turn off/turn on process into one simple form. Due to privacy laws, we will not be able to complete this task for your personally, but we will organize it so you can get it done quickly.

-Repairs. Who do you call when your home has been inspected and needs some repairs? We will be there to help you find honest, licensed contractors to make the repairs. with all third parties on your behalf. Your Realtor, Lender & Title company will all need to be 'on the same page' to ensure closing goes smoothly. You can continue to work and pack and prepare for your move while we handle all the 'small stuff'.
